As a Christian community we seek to support one another and keep in touch. There is only one priest in the Llangollen group of churches. It is hoped that you will understand that, regrettably, it is not always possible to offer the level of pastoral care that is available in the traditional parish system.
The PCT support the parish priest in visiting the bereaved, the lonely and in bringing Holy Communion to those who are unwell.
Please contact the Pastoral Care Team if you are ill, in hospital or have become housebound.
